New OpenTrack Feature: Access Codes
A new, easy way to share OpenTrack access within your club or organisation
This week we’re thrilled to be able to highlight access codes, a new feature on OpenTrack and a way to make life simpler, whether you’re working on a competition, managing a team, or administering your club.
In this update:

How do I use an access code?
Generated at the touch of a button, and usable just as fast, access codes represent the easiest way to share access within your club or organisation on OpenTrack.
How do access codes work?
You can create an access code for any role you have within a club, whether that’s as a competition director, club treasurer, or team manager.
Once you’ve created an access code for one of your roles, you’re able to share that with anyone you wish to give the same access to, and they can easily add it to their OpenTrack account.
How do I create and share an access code?
To create an access code, head to your athlete profile, using the dropdown menu in the top right of your screen.
Once there, head to the roles tab and you’ll see a share button next to all roles you can share with other OpenTrack users.
Simply click on the share button, and click to copy the access code that is generated — just remember anyone with the code can add that access to their account!
How do I use an access code?
Just head to My Invitations, and add the code in the box provided. If the code is correct, you’ll instantly be given access — simple as that!
